10 ACRES of privately held public access urban forest
Nature Peace in Baltimore
As a church, we have learned to bring what is sacred about the forest into our structured setting. And to take our worship practices out to God’s natural creation.
After ignoring our own forest for decades, we became sensitive to our stewardship responsibilities toward God, our community, and the earth. Serving southwest Baltimore with the restoration and development of 10 acres of land; The property of Stillmeadow Community Fellowship. Working with a myriad of Federal, State, City & Community Organizations. In four short years, Stillmeadow PeacePark has risen from the sadness of unhealthy invasive vines and the ash tree epidemic that continues across mid-Atlantic forests.
